The property is finished with a monocouche render and boasts decorative accoya bargeboards, finials, dentils, and matching double-hung sash windows, all adding to its distinctive character. Internally, the house features elegant gothic-style archways and a striking feature fireplace engraved with the client’s family crest. The centrepiece is an ornamental cut-string staircase with a scalloped featured string, adding a unique and refined focal point to the home.
