A new build Georgian-style house and garage in South-East Berkshire, including landscaping and patios, showcases exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. Built with imperial hand-made bricks, the design incorporates many unique features that set this home apart.
The circular central three-storey gallery is a standout element, with precision stonework and a herringbone flooring pattern laid to accentuate the curve. This striking space is illuminated by a custom, one-of-a-kind pendant light fitting, supplied by Fritz Fryer Lighting Specialists.
The vaulted kitchen wing, framed with green oak and glazing, was thoughtfully designed to maximise views of the luscious outdoor planting, complemented by a bespoke kitchen from Kitchen Architecture. A David Salisbury orangery and an Alitex greenhouse further enhance the home’s connection to its landscaped surroundings.
The interiors feature carefully selected wood flooring from Charles Lowe & Sons, home of Generations Flooring, alongside elegant tiling by Artisans of Devizes and Ca’ Pietra. The staircase balustrading and metalwork, supplied by The Alpine Group, adds a refined finish to the home’s architectural features.
Finally, the triple garage offers additional accommodation and is completed with a personalised cast-iron weathervane, providing a bespoke finishing touch.
