This project involved the total rebuild of a historic apple store, carefully demolished to pave the way for a new timber-framed residence. Respecting the original structure’s legacy, the rebuild was designed to maintain a connection with the site’s heritage while embracing modern construction methods. The new residence features a traditional timber frame, blending craftsmanship with contemporary living standards. The design preserves the charm of the original building, offering a warm, inviting home that honours its past. Meticulous attention to detail ensured that the new structure harmonises with its surroundings while providing a sustainable, comfortable living space for its occupants.
